CFI Medical Solutions operates a state-of-the-art spray coating department equipped with six, 8-foot by 12-foot spray booths. Coatings are drawn from a central pumping station where they are continually agitated to ensure consistent color and viscosity.
Quick connect spray guns allow operators to instantly change from one coating color to the next and finished parts are immediately placed in drying ovens to properly cure. Sophisticated environmental controls that monitor constant downdraft and ventilation ensure contaminant-free finishes while creating a healthy work environment.
