CFI's Urethane Molding process allows us to manage your project from low volume prototyping to production.

Materials:
CFI offers a wide range of Urethane foam densities and colors.

Capabilities:

• Ability to produce parts to exacting densities, and firmness
• Can produce parts with complex geometries incorporating detailed artwork directly into part
• Insert Molding capability
• Can produce parts up to 1 cubic foot, weighing up to 5 lbs.
• Production equipment has a wide range of process parameters allowing for quick and easy changes in process and materials
